Nutrition coaching is a specialized fitness offering focused on helping individuals develop healthy eating habits to complement their physical activity. Nutrition coaches provide education on balanced nutrition, meal planning,  and healthy food choices to help achieve quality health and wellness

Personal training

GROUP TRAINING

Push yourself further with Small Group Training. These 30-45 minute sessions, led by a Personal Trainer, are adapted to suit all fitness levels. Blending variety and consistency, with the motivation of your group, you can stay committed to smashing your goals.

REFORM PILATE CLASS

Reform Pilates uses state-of-the-art reformer beds with weighted springs to provide resistance while performing various sitting, lying, and balancing movements. With our Platinum Plus membership, you can participate in Reform Pilates classes that focus on strengthening the arms, legs, and core, while also improving posture, flexibility, and power.

ARENA FITNESS CLASS

This 100% coach-led HIIT, functional and boxing training program aims to increase fitness while burning fat in a highly energised, team-training setting. Designed by our expert fitness team, these 45min – 60min classes incorporate elements of boxing to help increase strength, improve endurance and give you a total body workout.

Crossfit class

A strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning to improve overall fitness and athletic performance. A class that focuses on using weights and resistance to build and tone muscles, improve bone density, and increase overall strength and fitness.

nutritional advice

Our nutrition fitness class provides education about proper nutrition with physical activity to promote overall health and well-being. These classes are  offered by our fitness trainers in our fitness centers. our nutrition fitness class, participants learn about the importance of a balanced diet,  and how to make healthy food choices.

Yes, we offer a free introductory pass which includes access to all gym equipment and classes. Free pass access is only allowed during club staffed hours. Terms and conditions apply.

We offer a range of affordable and flexible memberships

Minors (anyone under the age of 18) must have signed consent from their parent/legal guardian and memberships must be purchased in club.

There are different club access requirements depending on the minor’s age, 14yrs must access during staff hours only and must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or exercise professional

Our memberships allow you to access equipment and unlimited classes so there’s no need for a class only membership.
